What Makes
St. Dalfour Unique
Ingredient Quality

High Quality Sourcing
At St. Dalfour, we use only USDA Grade A fruits—chosen for their exceptional aroma, appearance, and purity. Our long-standing suppliers are carefully selected and rigorously vetted to ensure they deliver the finest quality fruit. To meet our standards, most fruits undergo advanced optical sorting and meticulous hand inspection by trained experts.
We never take a one-size-fits-all approach. Each fruit varietal is carefully selected from the best terroirs, with seasonality top of mind to ensure year-round quality.

Fruit Sugar
Unlike traditional jams made with refined sugars like cane or beet, St. Dalfour is sweetened only with premium grape and date juice. This fruit-based approach delivers a more natural sweetness and a truer, more authentic fruit flavor—no syrups or artificial sweeteners needed.

Hand-Selection
After our fruit suppliers’ initial inspections, each batch undergoes a second round of hand-sorting at our facility. Trained line operators meticulously review every fruit on a conveyor, removing any imperfections before cooking and jarring. This extra step—though time-intensive—ensures only the best fruit makes it into every jar.

Factory Certifications
St. Dalfour meets the highest global food safety standards, including GFSI, BRC Grade A, and IFS Higher Level. We hold our fruit suppliers to the same rigorous certifications—ensuring full traceability and safety. To go even further, we conduct regular, unannounced audits with third-party testing for pesticides, metals, and other contaminants.
Doing Good
St. Dalfour stands for the right things and does what’s right. We celebrate all people across the world and their right to eat better and live a better life!
