St. Dalfour Sweet Apricot Summer Shandy

With a splash of Apricot and some pomegranate liqueur, this summer shandy is sure to delight all year round.

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Pomegranate liqueur
0.5 oz St Dalfour Apricot Fruit Spread
0.75 oz Lemon juice
1 Bottle of your favorite wheat beer
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine pomegranate liqueur, St Dalfour Apricot Fruit Spread and lemon juice in a shaker.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Give it a quick shake and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass.
  4. Top with wheat beer
