INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 graham crackers, crushed
- 2 tsp St. Dalfour Blueberry Fruit Spread
INSTRUCTIONS
- To a food processor or blender, add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla.
- Blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add chia seeds, and stir.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
- To a serving glass or jar, layer crushed graham crackers, chia pudding mixture, blueberry fruit spread, Greek yogurt, and top with crushed graham crackers and blueberries.
