  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
  • A few mint leaves (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup (if using). Stir until the mixture is well combined.
