INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp St. Dalfour Raspberry Fruit Spread (or your favorite St. Dalfour all-natural jam)
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
- A few mint leaves (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup (if using). Stir until the mixture is well combined.
- Add the St. Dalfour Raspberry Fruit Spread to the mixture, stirring gently to incorporate the jam and allow the natural fruit flavor to infuse into the pudding.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
- Once the pudding has set, give it a good stir to break up any clumps of chia seeds. If the pudding is too thick, you can add a splash more milk to achieve your desired consistency.
- Serve the chia pudding in individual bowls or jars, topping with fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint for a fresh, colorful finish.
- Enjoy this gourmet chia pudding as a healthy breakfast or a satisfying snack!
